Delete Your Medsta Account & Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Medsta account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Medsta mobile app (Android and iOS) and the Medsta website, operated by Medsta.
How to request account deletion
- Fill in the account deletion request form below.
- Select your request type (delete everything, delete specific data, or ask what we hold) and the platform you used.
- Submit the form using the email address linked to your Medsta account so we can verify your identity.
- We'll email you to acknowledge your request, and may ask for additional information to confirm you are the account holder.
- Once your identity is verified, we delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days and email you to confirm.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and any saved carts or wishlists.
What data is deleted and what is kept
Data we delete
- Your account profile: name, email address, and phone number
- Saved shipping and billing addresses
- Account login credentials (password)
- Marketing and communication preferences and consent records
- Mobile app device identifiers and push-notification tokens
- Saved carts, wishlists, and recently viewed items
- Support messages, where we are not legally required to retain them
Data we keep
- Order, invoice, payment, and tax records that we are legally required to retain
- Records needed to handle returns, warranties, refunds, chargebacks, or fraud prevention
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify you
We keep legally-required records only for as long as applicable laws require, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized. We do not keep your personal data for longer than necessary.
