Tokuyama OMNICHROMA BLOCKER is a supplementary opaquing composite used alongside OMNICHROMA to prevent shade-matching interference in large Class III and Class IV restorations where surrounding tooth structure is limited. Applied as a lingual layer before OMNICHROMA, it lets the single-shade composite continue to blend naturally as if it were bonded to healthy enamel.

How to Use

1. Prepare the cavity and place a thin Blocker layer (about 0.5 mm as a starting point) on the lingual wall where dentition is missing.
2. Adjust thickness slightly — thicker for more opaque teeth, thinner for more translucent teeth.
3. Light-cure the Blocker layer.
4. Place OMNICHROMA as the outer layer; it will shade-match as if bonded to natural enamel.
