PROCEDURE

The paint is applied onto the place of reconstruction of tooth characteristic feature with the help of the thin brush or by means of the syringe with a thin tip. It is cured by a usual curing light.
Two following variants of usage are possible:

1. The paint should be applied layer-by-layer. Thickness of one layer should not be more than 0,5 mm. The paint can be applied while making a seal and then can be covered with thin layers of the composite material. Layers of the composite material protect the paint from attrition.
2. There should be created the characteristic superficial texture on the sealing material by means of the corresponding dental instruments. The processed surface should be etched by dental etching gel (for example, Phospho-Jen AS), washed out with water and dried with the air. Then apply the adhesive and cure it according to the instruction of the manufacturer.

After that - apply the composite paint, cure it and cover the paint with a thin layer of transparent or translucent composite material (for example, Jen-Radiance I or Jen LC-Flow I). The last layer of the composite material protects the paint from attrition.

Use a unit for polymerization with a spectral maximum of radiation around 465 nanometers. The minimum power of the curing light should be not less than 550 mW/cm2, and the time of curing should be 20 – 30 sec.
