Perfection Plus Dental Rubber Dam Template helps punch holes in the correct region of a rubber dam sheet. A dam is placed on top of the template, the required tooth is marked with a marker pen using the laser-marked FDI tooth numbering, and the hole is then made with a rubber dam punch.
